For many people struggling with weight issues, Weight Loss Hypnotherapy is extremely appealing. However, in any approach to weight loss the cravings and habits leading to unhealthy eating have to be addressed for any lasting changes to be made.

To address this challenge I developed the Hypnodieting Program. Proven in use now for more than a decade, this is a completely new way of approaching “emotional” eating. During that decade the method has evolved and helped many to achieve their weight loss goals.

How Hypnodieting works.

In a Hypnodieting program, I look closely at your existing eating behaviour and the relationship that you have with food. We then address the subconscious issues that may prevent you from losing weight and keeping it off. The program employs a combination of Hypnotherapy, CBT, and Mindfulness, tailored to the specific requirements of each individual.

I have worked with many clients for whom the belief that they are incapable of losing weight has become a key obstacle to the possibility of doing so. There are several common clues that this, or related problems, may be occuring.

  • Feeling incapable of doing what’s needed to lose weight or feeling that you just would not be able to beat a particular food or alcohol addiction that contributes to your obesity are both common.
  • Concern that your general health is endangered because of being unable to lose weight (or the actual concern of a healthcare professional about this) is also a sign that this has become an issue.
  • Enduring social embarrassment (about the difficulty in finding a partner, or clothes to fit, or being judged by others) is also a sign that trouble with weight loss has become something you may need help with.

The Hypnodieting program worked really well for me. Over a 2 month period I was able to gradually change all my bad habits and turn into the person I had always wanted to be. I now enjoy food and am in control after years of feeling like food was in control of me. I now love myself and am working towards being a thinner me but I will still be me.
